This policy explains how commercial business contact information, tech packs, and procurement data submitted through our quotation forms are collected and managed.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information strictly necessary to process commercial export inquiries: contact person name, company/club name, corporate email, destination port, telephone/WhatsApp number, and optional tech pack design files. We never sell or rent commercial contact details to third-party marketing brokers.
2. Confidentiality & NDA Handling
All submitted design files, vector artwork, proprietary specifications, and tech packs are treated with commercial confidentiality under standard mutual non-disclosure principles. They are accessed exclusively by our export engineering team to calculate tooling and manufacturing estimates.
3. Data Retention & Rights
Inquiry logs are maintained only as long as necessary to coordinate commercial communications and freight fulfillment. You may request the deletion of your quotation dossier or technical artwork at any time by contacting our trade desk.
